An opportunity for historically disadvantaged South African’s who are unemployed to gain one year quality workplace experience for a stipend of R3740 p/m. Applicants are to reside in Springfield, Durban, or surrounding areas.
Requirements:
• 18-35 years old
• Have a valid RSA ID (Citizens)
• Currently unemployed
• Have at least a Grade 12 or a relevant qualification
• Not studying full time
• Be medically fit
• Must not have a criminal record
Qualifications and Experience in the following fields would be Advantageous:
• Human resources – HRM, Administration, Organisational Psychology
• Maintenance – Apprentice with Light Current Electrical Qualification
• Health and Safety -Administration qualification, ideally with a Procurement focus, A qualification in Health and Safety/SHEQ Diploma or General Administration
• Payroll / Finance – Payroll qualification, A Finance Degree or Accounting, Financial Management etc.
• Procurement & Costings – Matric / CIPS or equivalent, Computer literate, and administrative work
• Electronics – Electrical Engineering Qualification (N1 to N6 or Diploma)
• Engineering – Mechanical Engineering Qualification (N1 to N6 or Diploma)
• Stores – Logistics, Supply Chain Management qualification
• Pre-Production Assembly – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Print & Pre -press – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Finishing – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Prototyping Assembly – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Epoxy – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Prep – Matric or equivalent qualification
• Any Manufacturing and design qualifications (Bend Break Operator, Pre-Production assembler, or machine operators in a design and manufacturing environment)
