-Greet customers and manage the branch efficiently using the queue system. Give great customer service, help customers at the ATM, and show them how to use other banking options. This will help you learn the skills needed to advise customers.

-Matric Certificate or vocational in grade 12 national certificate

SKILLS:

Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

-Your fingerprints must be identifiable in Capitec Bank’s system.

KNOWLEDGE OF UNDERSTANDING OF:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Greet customers and inform them about any services offered.

-Assist clients at ATMs about Enquiries

-Assist Clients with Transactions and Navigating through Capitec digital services (App)

Capitec Bank is hiring, It would be advantageous for the individual to have knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).
