Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the FirstRand FirstJob Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be between the ages of 18 and 34.

Have obtained a relevant post-matric qualification.

Have been unemployed for at least the past six months.

Have little or no formal work experience, with a maximum of 12 months total work experience. This may include part-time or casual work.

This opportunity must represent the candidate’s first professional job experience.

Applicants must also not have previously participated in the FirstJob Programme at any FirstRand franchise or worked for the FirstRand Group before.
