Position Purpose
The WIL Non-Technical Learner programme aims to give participants practical exposure in corporate environments, enabling them to develop skills, gain insight into professional workflows, and contribute meaningfully to departmental projects.

Position Outputs

Task Execution

  • Assist in specific departmental projects and work-streams.
  • Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
  • Support administrative functions including documentation and reporting.

Learning and Development

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes.
  • Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights.
  • Engage in problem-solving exercises to develop analytical skills.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
  • Serve as a point of contact for queries and assistance.

Compliance and Safety

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research and data collection to support business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric certificate or equivalent and N6 in Public Relations and Communications.
  • South African citizen, aged between 18–35.
  • Preference given to people with disabilities.
  • No current bursary obligations with another company.
  • Required documents: certified Matric certificate, academic record, ID copy, and TVET college experiential learning letter.
