Momentum Corporate is offering unemployed youth an exciting opportunity to join its Client Service Administrator Learnership, starting 1 February 2025. This 12-month programme is based in Gauteng (Centurion and Sandton) and provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and valuable workplace experience in the financial services sector.

About the Learnership

A Learnership is a structured training programme that combines classroom learning with on-the-job experience. Through this Momentum Learnership, learners will work towards an NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-Term Insurance, accredited by INSETA.

By completing this programme, learners can open career pathways such as Client Service Administrator, Pension Fund Administrator, or Service Consultant. While permanent employment is not guaranteed, this Learnership provides valuable skills, experience, and a strong foundation to start a career in the insurance industry. Participants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.

Minimum Requirements:

– South African citizens aged 18–25 (including those turning 25 in 2026)
– Matric certificate with English, and either Mathematics (Pure/Maths Literacy) or Accounting
– Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
– Applicants must not be engaged in another Learnership or have previously completed one
– Applications without a copy of ID and Matric results will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and resolve client service requests and processes effectively and on time
– Provide accurate information and documentation in line with company guidelines
– Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes
– Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
– Deliver excellent service in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
