Our company, in Germiston seeks to employ an individual to provide administrative assistance to our Admin and Accounting departments, and to manage the Cashier Role within the company.
Outline of Position: (training will be provided)
1. Manage cash receipts and payments.
2. Capturing of Transactions onto Accounting System.
3. Count and Reconcile cash daily.
4. Generate and maintain various reports.
5. Management and tracking of Clients and Suppliers.
6. Provide Admin and Operational support.
7. General Office Administration.
8. Switchboard operator.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS (Must Have):
1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Min of 2 years of Admin experience OR Accounting as a subject for Matric
3. Ability to work with numbers essential.
4. Administrative Skills.
5. Excellent Computer Skills
6. Ability to multi-task.
7. Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking.
8. Professional, Ethical, reliable and Organized.
9. Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment.
10. Valid Driver’s License and preferably own vehicle or reliable transport.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (starting at 07h00)
