The job of a teacher assistant includes working one-on-one with students who need extra help to be successful in school. You will perform various duties such as helping students who have difficulty reading or writing, recording grades and answering questions from other teachers or parents.

Q. Why is this an important job?

This is a very important job. This job is important to the students, the teachers, and the school. It’s also important to the community and country. Without this job, students won’t be able to learn anything from their teachers. Teachers won’t be able to teach their classes because they will not have anyone who can help them with all of their responsibilities at school. Schools would not function as smoothly without assistants helping out with different things such as grading papers, organizing classrooms and classrooms supplies etc
