Sasol is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme in Finance Administration — and applications are open until 17 April 2025!

About the Programme:

This fixed-term learnership provides learners with both theoretical training and practical experience in key financial disciplines. The programme is designed to enhance your workplace performance and give you a strong foundation in finance-related administration.

Theoretical Training Includes:

• Business Accounting
• Taxation and Auditing Principles
• Entrepreneurship & Business Operations
• Customer Service
• Communication Skills
• Computer Skills
• Maths Literacy

Practical Work Experience:

• Real-world administrative support in professional finance environments
• Workplace readiness development
• Exposure to daily operations in Sasol’s finance departments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Matric / Grade 12 is required
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, with majors in:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Management Accounting
  • Taxation
  • Auditing (advantageous but not compulsory)
• 0–1 year of experience
• Preference given to people living with disabilities
