HEAD CHEF HOEDSPRUIT R25000 Live in
The Right Company are currently recruiting for an Head Chef for a 5* Lodge close to Hoedspruit.
Requirements:
• Age 30 – 45
• 10 years 5-star Lodges/Botique Hotel experience
• Cooking style, creative modern homestyle cooking that is well presented (healthy foods incorporated)
• Strong stock control and ordering skills
• Manage wastage effectively
• Be able to train other chef so that level of food doesn’t drop during leave cycles
• Presentable at all times, will have to interact with guests on a daily basis
• Be able to cater for Vegan and other special dietaries
• Manage health and safety for kitchen with appropriate paperwork
Package:
• R 25 000 pm
• Live in position
• Open plan one bedroom lounge, kitchen and onsuite bathroom. Covered veranda
• Leave: Currently 3 weeks 1 week until the end of year will relook and possibly go back to 35 days on 12 days off plus 21 Annual, (covid interim) for now no annual leave available
