A reputable company in the manufacturing industry requires an Executive PA and HR Administrator to join their team, based in Durban.
• Secretarial diploma/certificate, computer literacy in Microsoft Office, shorthand/speedwriting, organisational skills.
• Attention to detail
• Methodical, good initiative, interpersonal skills, high value on ethics,
• Minimum three years work experience reporting to senior management.
• Experience working with confidential HR staffing and information.
• Experience working with Executive level and Board member level.
• Efficient, professional,
• Preferably with own transport from a reliability point of view.
