Minimum Requirements

– Assist with reference checks and document verification
– Support new employee orientation processes
Employee Records And Compliance:
– Assist with HR audits and compliance checks
– Ensure records are maintained in line with POPIA and company policies
General HR Support:
– Respond to basic HR queries
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives
– Participate in training and development sessions
– Perform additional HR-related tasks as required
